Fall Remedy Making Class
Join us on Sunday October 15th for a whimsical afternoon of crafting herbal remedies to support our body’s needs as the weather cools down.
In this experience, we will learn about constitutional shifts that come with fall and which herbal actions support them best. We will create three remedies together that you can make and take home with you to have on hand all season long!
Weather permitting, class will be outdoors in our cozy woods, overlooking the fall foliage and ravine with a warm fire and seasonal tea while we enjoy class.
All supplies are provided and included. We will be outdoors weather permitting, so wear clothes appropriate for the weather.
